Employee Assistance Program(EAPs)

3. Oopenspace provides professional support to workers and employees – targeting their physical, emotional and practical wellbeing. This helps them cope and navigate challenges of work, family, financial pressures, illnesses, job loss and transitions and life changes.

6. We will be there when an employee can’t cope with work demands, family pressures and the difficulties of life.
7. We will be there when an employee is struggling with alcoholism or substance addiction.
8. We will support employees promote mental health and wellbeing and reduce self harm, suicides and murder-suicides.
9. We will be there when there is loss through death of colleague, family member or a significant other.
10. We will be there when your team experiences a loss or tragedy.
11. We will be there to support employees through transitions brought on by redundancy, retrenchment, retirement, relocation and job changes.
12. We will provide 24 hour support for employees and their families during a crisis or critical incident.
